PARIS GDS 2024
On Monday, November 27, 2023, the opening ceremony of the “PARIS GDS 2024” project was held at the Grain de Soleil school. On this occasion, the Olympic “FLAME” was placed at the school. Several top athletes participated. The students were able to discover their talent through sporting demonstrations:
- Djénéba DOUMBIA African roller skating champion
- Fatou GBANE African archery champion
- Souleymane FOFANA world champion of vovinan viet dao
- Paul-Alex BEUGRE champion bronze medalist at the African championship
And the Mayor of Cocody Mr. Jean-Marc YACE and his wife representing the taekwondo federation.
At the end of the morning, we received Didier DROGBA, international footballer.

As part of the PARIS 2024 Olympic Games, the CM2 classes received on Tuesday January 16, 2023, a visit from the Olympic taekwondo champion (Rio 2016), the Ivorian Cheick CISSE.
